AJ's at Market grew out of a simple belief: the heart of a town deserves a gathering place that matches its character. Right on the square, where Lancaster's history runs through brick and bone, we built something that honors that rhythm.
By day, we pull espresso and grind fresh — pour-overs for the patient, lattes for the early commuters, cold brew for the summer heat. By night, the same space shifts: the lights drop, the cocktails come alive, and the menu turns toward something richer.
We source locally when we can. We treat every guest like they've got a regular seat waiting. And we never forget that this is your square.
